I needed to share with you guys one of my new favorite furniture stores, Castlery, it's a modern furniture company, they craft furniture that is timeless, using the highest quality raw materials to create pieces that are built for longevity and multi-purpose use.  

Their pieces are stunning, but my love at first sight with the Owen Sofa in Natural was definitely something special. I guess I did it again guys! I'm so excited and proud about this DIY project because I still can't get over how beautiful it turned out.  I've been having a lot of fun, decorating, and creating things at home it has just become a huge passion of mine so I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. I'm definitely not a professional and this was actually my very first time creating a piece of furniture from scratch. 

I've been wanting to get a Coffee table like this one and I actually had a bunch of them pinned on my Pinterest board but they were crazy expensive so in my search for inspo I came across @SonelyMateo's video on Instagram and loved the idea of creating one myself so that's exactly what I did, with the help of my beloved husband who cut the Pine boards for me at home and gave me a hand whenever I needed him.  I didn't film a ''Tutorial'' perse, but in my Tiktok video (below) you can see pretty much the basic steps and what I did to achieve this beauty that I now enjoy and have right in front of me. At the very bottom of the post, you can also find some of the things/products I used for my DIY in case you want to recreate your own. 

The overall dimensions of the coffee table - 28'' x 39'' x 16'' Tall.  We used (3)  2''x 10''x 8'' Yellow Pine Wood Boards,  we cut all the pieces we needed at home because we had the tools BUT we've always cut our wood at Home Depot so you can perfectly do that if you don't have the tools or are not willing to invest in some. We needed (3) 39'' planks for our top and (8)  16'' pieces for our legs. I used two different wood stains to achieve this gorgeous color, the first coat with  White Wash Pickling and the second one with Early American. I'm absolutely in love with the table, it's the perfect statement piece in our living room it looks gorgeous and so high-end I'm still amazed.

You guys, I know it's been A WHILE, but this is SO worth it. Life has been a crazy roller-coaster the last 4-5 months? and a whole lot happened and changed. We moved, that's a pretty refreshing and cool change I'm still very excited about. The decorating and rearranging stuff has become one of my favorite things to do lately.  Home decor has been my thing and I'm embracing it 100%. 

Chicos, sé que ha pasado MUCHO TIEMPO, pero ha valido la pena.  Mi vida ha sido una loca montaña rusa por los últimos 4-5 meses? muchas cosas han sucedido y cambiado. Nos mudamos, ese es un cambio bastante grande y ''refrescante'' por el que todavía estoy muy emocionada. La decoración y reorganización se ha convertido en una de mis cosas favoritas últimamente. La decoración del hogar ha sido lo mío sin duda alguna y lo estoy disfrutando al 100%.

This is my very 1st IKEA HACK and oh, how I love this. I was not intending on doing a detailed tutorial about it because as I just mentioned, this was my very first attempt at doing this type of DIY's and I had no clue how things would turn out, we are pretty skilled and crafty (the hubby and I) but we were virgins in this matter, the result blew our minds and saying that we are very proud of ourselves is a total understatement, here a share some pictures and a quick TikTok video I made about the process.

Omg, can I say Happy Thanksgiving already? I can't believe we are at this point, it's insane. 

 As you already know I've been spending a lot of time at home and I've been trying to keep the ''vibes'' here as cozy, homie, and boho as possible. 

Yes yes and yes for foodie posts, right?

I'm very excited about this post because I'm collaborating once again with Kalorik, I've loved my experience with their products so I'll be sharing a bit more with you in this one as well.

 This year has been the year of #StayingAtHome which means doing and learning to do things ourselves, from decorating our homes to getting our cooking skills improved you name it, haven't we done it all by now?.  My favorite meal of the day is probably breakfast, there's something about it that makes my days start bright and sweet.

Now, this is something I was really, excited about, this is hands down a total MUST in your kitchen, so convenient, so efficient, such a lifesaver, and, AND... a healthier way to eat ''fried'' food.

  I do my very best to eat as clean and healthy as I can, trying to keep a balance of course, so as you can imagine, eating healthy and wanting to keep it as a lifestyle + thinking about having fries and chicken nuggets for lunch/dinner is simply not a good equation.  

I think we all have a ''thing'' for crunchy/crispy foods and well, they usually happen to be fried, so this concept of Airfrying is just amazing in my opinion.  I was really looking forward to seeing the ''crunch'' factor and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the performance of this product. 

Now with the Holidays around the corner, one of these buddies or both are perfect for a good Christmas gift (just saying).

One of my favorite things to do, not only on weekends but every single time I can, is having breakfast in bed. It's such a well-deserving ''treat'' of relaxation and there's something about starting the day with a treat that immediately makes your whole day a good one.

Una de mis actividades favoritas, no solo los fines de semana, sino cada vez que puedo, es desayunar en la cama. Es un merecido ''treat'' y un momento de relajación, hay algo acerca de comenzar el día con un treat que inmediatamente hace que todo el día sea bueno.

You know I've been having fun adding and changing the visuals at home,  small things that make the space feel warmer, better, and with this cozy bohemian feeling, I'm adoring so much.  

This time I got the chance to get these beauties from Desenio and I can't tell you enough how much we love them, they complement the room so nicely and the oak frames add just the amount of warmth I was aiming to.  

I got the Painted Arches No.1 and Painted Arches No.2 both in 50x70cm above our bed, the beige muted tones are stunning, the design is subtle yet full of character, so clean and chic, we got the Oak Picture Frames in 50x70cm as well. I honestly think we got the perfect size for the space, they get all the attention as soon as you enter the room, it just brings a smile to my face.

I also wanted to get a smaller art print that would go well and match the rest, when I found the Curvy Line Poster  I knew it was just perfect to complete the ''set''. I ordered the 30x40cm one.

We also went for the Oak Picture Frame in 30x40cm, it's simply the perfect size to rest on a vanity, a mirror table, or of course you could hang it on your favorite spot. It adds just the right amount of Boho vibes for that corner and the color palette goes incredibly well with the rest of our decor, don't you agree?
